Meghan Rickey serves
as an Account Executive for Southwest Strategies LLC.
At Southwest Strategies LLC, Rickey assists with all
phases of client support work using her excellent writing
and organization skills. Her responsibilities include
writing assignments on client projects such as news
releases, website copy and brochure material. Rickey
also conducts research, assists in community affairs,
and coordinates special events for a wide array of
clients.
Rickey graduated with a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2006. Following her graduation she began an internship at Southwest Strategies. After gaining a broad range of knowledge and experience in the field as an intern, she was selected to join the SWS team as an Account Coordinator.
Born and raised in San Diego, Rickey has been active in the city through athletics and volunteering. For more than four years, Rickey has helped facilitate summer soccer camps and is currently a competitive soccer coach in the Poway community. Rickey has also contributed hundreds of volunteer hours through The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the American Cancer Society, Kaiser Hospital and the Southern California Special Olympics. She is also a member of the Public Relations Society of America, San Diego.
