As Director of Administrative Services, Fasano is responsible for the management of Southwest Strategies’ office operations, including sophisticated on-site and remote computer networks and a state-of-the-art audio-visual system. She also is the agency’s human resources and employee benefits administrator.

Fasano comes to Southwest Strategies with more than 20 years of experience in office management, customer service, corporate community development and consulting. She is a resident of Carlsbad, CA.
